About the Role

As a Financial Business Partner at Australian Terminal Operations Management, you will play a critical role in supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager in providing insightful financial information, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to provide financial analysis, reports, and recommendations to support business decision-making
  • Assist in coordinating the annual budget and subsequent forecasts, including data preparation, report generation, and data review
  • Develop and implement financial processes, procedures, and systems to support effective financial management
  • Work closely with the FP&A Manager to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a relevant tertiary degree (Bachelor of Accounting or Business/Commerce) and CPA/CA qualification. You will have a solid understanding of financial and management accounting, month/year end processes, annual business planning, and rolling forecasting.

Requirements:
