At Millennium Management, we are seeking a highly skilled onsite technical specialist to join our team.

The End User Service Support Technician is responsible for delivering exceptional support services to various groups in a fast-paced financial company. This role requires the ability to handle complex problems with expertise and sound judgment while working closely with end-users.

As part of a wider global team, you will be self-motivated, able to work independently where required to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Support: Provide courteous and professional support to end-users, ensuring their IT needs are met efficiently.
  • Travel and Setup: Travel to other offices within Australia to assist with setting up IT equipment, supporting regional teams, and performing on-boarding tasks.
  • Tech Support: Offer comprehensive support for desktop technology, applications, and printers, including troubleshooting skills for Microsoft Windows OS, Linux OS, and mobile computing devices.
  • Call/Ticket Management: Respond promptly to calls/tickets, manage issues until resolution, and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (O365), Market Data applications, and Cisco phone support.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills
  • Financial Enterprise Experience: Previous experience working at a financial enterprise level, preferably in trade floor support.
  • Citrix and VDA Infrastructure: Familiarity with Citrix VDA infrastructure, Dell Wyse Terminals, and deployment practices for desktops.
  • Comprehensive Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2021/365, and broad understanding of mobile tech, including BES12, Intune, Android, and iOS devices.
About the Opportunity

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
