Real Time Australia is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our highly collaborative Tech Support organisation. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for resolving challenging issues and providing technical guidance to our customers.

Salary: $456/day (inclusive of superannuation, laptop, and training)
Job Description:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will own and resolve technical cases created by customers seeking help to understand or resolve unexpected behavior or answer technical questions about our software and platform. You will also work collaboratively with other team members to develop subject matter expertise and address business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years customer-facing technical support experience (preferably web-based products or e-commerce) and strong ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues
- Experience working with dynamic HTML components (AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML)
- Familiarity working with Java or similar backend programming languages
- Good understanding of ITSM practices (incident, problem, and change management as well as knowledgebase management, defect & escalation management)
