Highly Skilled Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support engineer to join our team at NICE. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers.
About the RoleThe primary focus of this role is to provide timely and effective technical support to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues, and you will work closely with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
You will be expected to possess a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A high level of customer service orientation is essential for this role, as you will be representing NICE in front of our customers on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions;
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner;
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues;
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or a related field;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- A high level of customer service orientation;
- Strong technical knowledge of Linux/Unix, Oracle/MSSQL, and Windows servers;
- Experience with Web-based applications and enterprise systems;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility to work round the clock as needed;
