As a DevOps specialist, you will play a key role in modernizing our deployment and trading application runtime, covering thousands of servers and services across multiple locations. This is a critical project for Eclipse, and you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on its success.

The DevOps team at Eclipse is responsible for the CI/CD pipelines, core infrastructure of the trading platform, and real-time and historical data analytics infrastructure. You will work closely with developers, traders, and other teams to deliver results-driven solutions.

This role requires a strong passion for DevOps and a commitment to achieving results. If you are a high-caliber individual with experience in modern deployment systems, orchestration, and associated CI/CD tooling, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Key contributor to deployment system modernization, technology evaluation, and selection
  • Integrate new deployment system into the development workflow, identifying opportunities to automate deployment and testing
  • Automate developer tools, workflow automation, trader script deployment
  • Develop real-time monitoring solutions to drive efficiency of IT teams
  • Engineer and optimize data pipelines to deliver real-time and historical data to Quant and Trading teams
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior members of the team
  • Practice continuous improvement, including giving and receiving constructive feedback
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 5+ years of work experience in a DevOps, Systems Engineering, or similar role
  • Modern deployment system and orchestration experience and associated CI/CD tooling
  • Experience driving changes through an organization, coordinating work across teams
  • Ability to juggle conflicting requirements from multiple stakeholders
  • Strong development skills in Python, Golang, and shell scripting
