Job Description

The Digital Workplace function at AC3 aligns technology, employees, and business processes to improve operational efficiency. As an Onsite Technical Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for representing AC3 and providing an exceptional customer experience by performing onsite Level 1/2 support for end-user devices across multiple locations.

  • Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving desktop, networking, and Windows Server issues;
  • Effectively handle VIP walk-ups and liaise with executive-level staff;
  • Implement Desktop and Mobile Device Management using SCCM, InTune, or similar technologies;
  • Perform all support functions under accordance with ITIL process and procedure.
Essential Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar IT Procurement or Asset Management role;
  • 4+ years' experience in supporting end-user devices and applications;
  • Working knowledge of Service Asset & Configuration Management processes;
  • Level 2+ knowledge of desktop, networking, and Windows Server technologies to effectively and logically troubleshoot and isolate issues.
