Job OverviewThe Strategic HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in driving business outcomes through effective HR practices. This individual will collaborate with business units to understand their HR needs and assist in formulating solutions. Additionally, they will participate in strategic planning to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
About You- You hold an HR degree or related business qualification and possess experience working in globally matrixed and complex environments.
- You have a strong understanding of ANZ employment law landscape and best practice, as well as the ability to build stakeholder relationships.
- You are experienced in dealing with complex employee relations matters and can demonstrate resilience and ability to manage multiple priorities.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of Brenntag's ANZ operations.
