About the Role
The successful candidate will provide strategic HR support to our Australian operations, driving employee experience, talent development, and business growth. You'll collaborate closely with our local leadership team, Coles partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality services that enhance brand reputation.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR advice on performance management, diversity awareness, and employment legislation
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill managers and employees
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and open communication
- Analyse employee data to inform retention strategies and reduce absenteeism
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety stream to ensure safe working systems and procedures

Requirements
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an expanding business
- In-depth knowledge of Australian employment law, federal, and state levels
- Excellent relationship management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all employee levels
- Strong organisational, delegation, and time management skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to other locations in Australia and adapt to flexible working hours

Salary Estimate
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
