The Role: A Strategic HR Business Partner will be responsible for delivering end-to-end generalist support to the business, working closely with senior leaders on all aspects of HR. Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager (EGM), this individual will collaborate with the business to drive value and achieve strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include providing expert guidance and training to managers on HR matters, leading operational, senior management, and leadership experience across the entire employee lifecycle, as well as OHS/RTW, learning and development, and rosters.
A key aspect of this role involves managing industrial relations functions and negotiating enterprise agreements. The successful applicant must have prior experience working in a blue-collar environment, possess strong employment law knowledge, and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. This position offers true accountability and requires transparency and discretion.
Please note that the salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure reflects the company's market rate for this role in the Sydney area.
