Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive business growth.
  • EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION: Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • SERVICE DELIVERY: Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT WITH A FOCUS ON FMCG AND RETAIL ACCOUNTS.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
