Business Development Manager - Sales Professional
At Panasonic, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within our designated markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Provide accurate forecasting of demand for product, pricing, and services
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Toughbook products, solutions, and technologies
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure effective campaigns are developed to support sales efforts
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key decision-makers
- Expand Panasonic's presence in specific vertical markets
Requirements:
- High level of self-motivation, organisation, and commercial acumen
- Proven track record in prospecting and winning new business in the information technology industry or selling solutions into the Transport, Logistics, or Government sectors
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to network effectively with existing and potential clients
- Be technically minded with the ability to present solutions to complex scenarios
- Demonstrate excellent numerical ability and ability to understand and talk numbers, forecast sales/market trends
