Key Responsibilities
The Commercial Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving portfolio growth across a number of our key small to medium sized customers. This role ensures the consistent sharing of customer feedback on the customer and product experience and maintaining competitor activity to maintain our competitive advantage edge and meet the quarterly and annual sales targets for commercial brands.
What You Will Bring
Prior Call Centre experience in the trade sales industry, with a focus on small to medium sized businesses
Superior Stakeholder management skills and the ability to deal with multiple and different customers and team members
Exceptional alignment to the customer needs through strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently
Strong attention to detail in data entry and keeping customer accounts up to date
Prior experience with a CRM; SalesForce most advantageous
Proven ability to value add in existing accounts, helping to drive conversion for new and existing accounts
Passionate about all things trade
