Join us at Fitness First to become a Member Support Consultant.

As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving membership growth and retention at Fitness First. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with members, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service to inspire them to reach their fitness goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Ensure members have a positive experience through personalized interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to member enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Participate in member retention programs to maintain member engagement and inspire them to continue their fitness journey

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset to provide solutions that meet the needs of our members
  • Strong communication skills to engage with members of all backgrounds
  • Drive and a goal-focused attitude to continuously improve performance
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping members achieve their fitness goals

Fitness First offers a competitive package including base salary, super, and uncapped commission.
