As a Member Support Consultant at Fitness First, you will be the driving force behind the success of our clubs, interacting with members and inspiring them to achieve their fitness goals. Your exceptional customer service skills will help drive membership growth and retention through outreach activities, sales promotions, and referrals.

Key responsibilities of the Member Support Consultant role include:

  • Contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Be actively involved in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey, recommending club-based products that boost their results and amplify their experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset, able to provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members

  • A team player, able to rally through the hard times and celebrate personal and team success
