About the Opportunity:

Fitness First is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will play a critical role in driving membership growth and retention through exceptional customer service and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identification of new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey, recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset, providing solutions that meet the needs of our potential members
  • A gift for communication, able to talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action
  • Drive, goal-focused and continuously looking for new ways to excel
  • A team player, able to rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success
  • Customer-focused, able to build rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to help them achieve their goals
