About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team at Fitness First. As a Member Support Consultant, you will be the driving force behind the success of our members, inspiring them to achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members
  • A gift for communication and ability to talk to anyone with ease, inspiring them to take action
  • Drive and goal-focused approach, continuously looking for new ways to excel
  • A team player with the ability to rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to help them achieve their goals
