Job Description:

As a Strategic Operations Coordinator, you will provide high-level confidential executive support to senior members of our leadership team. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating internal and external meetings, managing diaries, and providing professional support with respect to sensitive business and staff activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible and energised, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. You will also require excellent communication skills and the capacity to maintain confidentiality and professional standards of behaviour in difficult and sensitive circumstances.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this role, you must have a minimum of 6 years' experience in an executive support or complex project administration role. You will also need to possess high school or secondary education equivalent and demonstrated experience in dealing with confidential information.

Additionally, applicants must be Australian citizens and have an active or be able to obtain minimum Baseline Defence Security Clearance.
