About the Role

We are currently seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to join our Professional Development Team at The Law Society of NSW. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the operational delivery of educational services to our members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and coordination of educational events, including CPD seminars, workshops, conferences, and online webinars.
  • Oversee the operational requirements for these events, including task allocation management and diary coordination.
  • Work with the Head of Professional Development and Legal Education Manager to develop and implement operational strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate the team's workload and workflow to ensure optimal team effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience in event management and demonstrated knowledge of successful event management.
  • Experience working on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a larger team.
