This role is open to internal candidates, and we will be considering both part-time and full-time candidates. As a Strategic Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team in Sydney or Melbourne in delivering high-quality recruitment services.

The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, preferably in HR, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting and posting job adverts, interview scheduling, and reference checks. Additionally, you will manage our careers inbox and act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

You will also be working closely with the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture team members to develop the national and regional student internship induction program. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation.
