About the Role

As a Finance Manager, Group Operations, you will oversee month-end processes, including reporting, reconciliations, and ensuring robust financial controls are in place. You will also coordinate group-wide deliverables, managing diverse stakeholders and ensuring high-quality outputs are delivered on time.

  • Analyse and provide actionable insights on major expense categories, leveraging tools and technology to optimise reporting and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with finance teams and senior business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.

You will be responsible for contributing to strategic projects and delivering ad hoc analysis to support organisational priorities.

About You

You will bring a CA/CPA qualification and experience in finance business partnering, ideally with exposure to senior executive stakeholders. Strong financial control expertise and an ability to analyse results and distil insights into meaningful recommendations are essential.

  • High-level commercial acumen, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a natural ability to influence at all levels.

Salary Range
