Employee Relations Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a permanent full-time role, based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane with hybrid working arrangements available.
This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with managers and leaders to provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, including complex case management and workplace investigations.
You will be responsible for delivering education, mentoring and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure best practice employee relations management across the business.
Your expertise will be essential in advising on employment law and legislative instruments, as well as assisting stakeholders in implementing best practice people strategies.
