Brandt is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to enhance our Australian-Golf and Turf division.

With 15 locations throughout Australia, we are a leader in the industry, committed to supporting local communities and fulfilling our customers' equipment requirements.

Role Overview:

In the capacity of Corporate Account Manager, you will focus on identifying growth opportunities and formulating strategies to expand our turf equipment business with major commercial clients, including stadiums, race clubs, golf courses, and municipal organizations within our Australian area of responsibility. This role will collaborate closely with our branches to implement these strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential large-scale commercial contractors, key golf clubs, significant stadiums, and major turf clients within the designated Australian area.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and their executive teams.
  • Collaborate with key accounts to generate forecasts for their equipment requirements.
  • Drive sales of new and used equipment to strategic clients operating across multiple Brandt locations, while supporting sales teams on large equipment packages.
  • Assist the Director of Sales in developing and executing sales action plans with our branches to enhance business growth.
  • Work closely with John Deere and other suppliers.
  • Comprehend all tendering processes related to Commercial & Turf Products within the Australian area and provide assistance to branches as needed.
  • Identify and analyze market trends and opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Over 10 years of experience in sales within the industry.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated sales proficiency, along with strong analytical, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Effective leadership capabilities with a strong emphasis on the sales process.
  • Preferred knowledge of the Turf and Commercial sector in Australia.
  • Exhibits a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
  • Possesses strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and passport with the ability to travel internationally.
  • Must be able to work onsite at one of our 15 branch locations.
