As we embark on an exciting expansion phase, Brandt Tractor is seeking a dedicated Territory Manager to enhance our Agriculture Division.

Position Overview:

  • Act as the primary representative for the sale of machinery to clients within a designated region.
  • Stay informed about the features and advantages of all equipment available through the dealership.
  • Establish and uphold regular communication schedules within your area of responsibility.
  • Analyze customer business trends and monitor competitor activities and products.
  • Maintain comprehensive customer records within your assigned territory for effective sales management.
  • Meet sales targets set by Brandt as part of the strategic sales planning process, including market share objectives.
  • Assist in organizing and executing customer engagement events.
  • Conduct demonstrations of new equipment in the field.
  • Keep abreast of financing options to aid customers in acquiring new and pre-owned equipment.
  • Participate in relevant sales training sessions and seminars.
  • Provide timely updates on trends, activities, and sales reports to management.
  • Maintain knowledge of used equipment valuations and possess the ability to assess them accurately for trade purposes.
