As we embark on an exciting expansion phase, our Sunshine Branch is seeking a Territory Manager to enhance our team within the Agriculture Division.

Position Overview:

  • Act as the representative for the company in selling equipment to clients within a designated geographic area.
  • Stay updated on the features and advantages of all equipment available for sale through the dealership.
  • Establish and uphold regular visit schedules within your assigned territory.
  • Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities/products.
  • Manage and maintain customer information within your territory for effective sales management.
  • Meet sales targets set by the company as part of the strategic sales planning process.
  • Assist in organizing and executing customer-focused events.
  • Conduct demonstrations of new equipment in the field.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financing options to help customers with purchasing new and used equipment.
  • Participate in relevant sales training sessions and seminars.
  • Provide timely updates on trends, activities, and sales reports to management.
  • Keep informed about the value of used equipment and be capable of accurate evaluations for trade purposes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven ability to increase sales within a designated territory.
  • Strong organizational skills are essential.

  • Ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in sales and/or comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment is advantageous.
