Brandt is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to enhance our Australian-Golf and Turf division.

About the Role:

In the position of Corporate Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in pinpointing opportunities and formulating strategies to expand our turf equipment business with Large Commercial Accounts, including Stadiums, Race Clubs, Golf, and Council enterprises across our Australian Area of Responsibility (AOR). This role will involve close collaboration with our branches to implement these strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective Commercial Contractors, Major Golf Clubs, Key Stadiums, and Large Turf Clients within our Australian AOR.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and their executive teams.
  • Collaborate with key accounts to develop forecasts for their equipment requirements.
  • Drive sales of new and used equipment to strategic clients operating across multiple Brandt locations, while supporting sales teams on large equipment packages.
  • Assist the Director of Sales in creating and executing sales action plans with our branches to boost business growth.
  • Work closely with John Deere and our other suppliers.
  • Comprehend all tendering processes related to Commercial & Turf Products within our Australian AOR and provide assistance to branches as needed.
  • Identify and analyze market trends and opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

About You:

  • Over 10 years of experience in industry sales.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is preferred.
  • Proven sales skills, along with strong analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution capabilities.
  • Effective leadership qualities, with a strong emphasis on the sales process.
  • Preferred knowledge of the Turf and Commercial sector in Australia.
  • High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
  • Demonstrated diplomacy, including strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • A valid driver's license and passport, with the ability to travel internationally.
  • Ability to work onsite at one of our 15 branch locations.
