Job Description

WOW Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Market Expansion Professional to join their team. As a key player in the FMCG industry, this role requires a strong background in business development and sales.

About the Role:

  • Drive new business opportunities while maintaining key partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to bolster demand generation efforts across wholesalers, distributors, processors, and retailers.
  • Build and sustain a strong sales pipeline by onboarding new customers and maintaining existing business relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, market dynamics, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in business development or sales; food industry experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong experience working with sales targets and quotas.
  • An analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving approach.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to customer satisfaction.

Salary Details:
