About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Market Expansion Manager to drive business growth across Australia's retail market.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for introducing a range of consumer electronics to leading retailers, leveraging your existing relationships and negotiating favourable terms. Your day-to-day will involve developing and implementing a channel strategy, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and analysing sales data to optimise channel performance.

You will also lead high-level negotiations on product placement, pricing, and promotional strategies, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.

About You
  • Experience: Proven track record in channel management, sales, or business development within the consumer electronics or FMCG industries
  • Retail Expertise: Prior experience as a Senior Buyer, Category Manager, or Merchandise Manager at a major retailer is highly desirable
  • Relationships: Strong, existing relationships with retailers across Australia
  • Sales Skills: Ability to drive sales growth through effective channel strategies and retail partnerships
  • Negotiation & Influence: Expertise in negotiating with senior retail decision-makers, with the ability to secure favourable outcomes
  • Analytical: Strong ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
