Sales and Account Development Manager VIC

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Development Manager to join our team in Victoria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across our Department Stores & Speciality Retailer accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Territory Manager, preferably with experience in leading a team within the Beauty industry. They will possess strong retail knowledge, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a dynamic sales personality with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales across assigned accounts by building and managing pro-active customer relationships
- Liaise with Counter Managers and beauty consultants to promote effective execution of sales and promotional plans
- Support recruitment and development of Beauty Advisors
- Analyse sales performance and promotional effectiveness of assigned accounts
