VIC Territory Manager Role Overview

Coty is a leading global beauty company with a portfolio of iconic brands across fragrance, colour cosmetics, skincare, and body care.

As a VIC Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales across Department Stores & Speciality Retailer accounts in Victoria. You will leverage your passion and creativity to optimise sales opportunities across our Coty portfolio of brands, focusing on fragrance, skincare, and colour categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage pro-active, successful customer relationships to drive sales across assigned accounts.
  • Lead by example, coaching and guiding Counter Managers and Beauty Advisors to achieve outstanding results with a client-centric focus.
  • Develop account business plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, budgets, and business goals.
  • Coordinate the implementation of sales and promotional plans seasonally with Myer, David Jones, Sephora, Mecca Maxima.
  • Present brand strategies seasonally.
  • Liaise with all Counter Managers and beauty consultants to promote the effective execution of sales and promotional plans.
  • Support recruitment and development of Beauty Advisors.
  • Analyse sales performance and promotional effectiveness of assigned accounts.
  • Gather business intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and report on developments to National Field Sales Manager.

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the Beauty industry. Your strong retail knowledge, consumer marketing, and sales techniques skills will enable you to deliver outstanding results. Additionally, you should have excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
