Job Title: VIC Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced VIC Territory Sales Manager to join our Professional Oral Health business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow the business in the VIC territory.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including dental professionals and distributors.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
