Business Development Manager, VIC

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager, VIC to drive the success of our Department Stores & Speciality Retailer accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing pro-active, successful customer relationships to drive sales across our Coty portfolio of brands.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales across the assigned accounts by building and managing pro-active, successful customer relationships.
- Lead by example, coaching and guiding Counter Managers and Beauty Advisors to achieve outstanding results, with a client centric focus.
- Develop account business plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, budgets and business goals.
- Coordinate the implementation of sales and promotional plans and present seasonally with Myer, David Jones, Sephora, Mecca Maxima.
- Present brand strategies seasonally.
- Liaise with all Counter Managers and beauty consultants to promote the effective execution of sales and promotional plans.
- Support with the recruitment and development of Beauty Advisors.
- Analyse the sales performance and promotional effectiveness of assigned accounts.
- Gather business intelligence, monitor competitor activity and report on developments to National Field Sales Manager.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Territory Manager, preferably in a leadership role within the Beauty industry. You will have a strong retail knowledge and understanding of consumer marketing and sales techniques, as well as excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
