Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As the first point of contact with our prospects and partners, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent XM Cyber by developing a comprehensive understanding of our solution and its value proposition.
  • Generate Leads and build relationships with potential customers through research, prospecting, and relationship-building activities.
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline by qualifying leads, setting up meetings with sales executives, and nurturing early-stage opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to develop and execute targeted account entry strategies, focusing on top target accounts.
  • Utilize Intent-based Data and Analytic Platforms to identify and pursue prospects with addressable pain and high potential for conversion.
  • Participate in Marketing Events and generate activities with the XM Cyber team and partners in Australia and New Zealand.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of business development experience with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday Australian Eastern Time Zone.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard sales technologies, such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Gong, etc.
  • Time management and personal organization.
  • Motivation, determination, and perseverance.
