Lead a High-Performing Placement Team

As the Head of Placement, Global Corporate, you will lead an impactful and driven Placement team, supporting some of Australia's best-known brands. You will be part of a core group of senior leaders within Commercial Risk in Australia, bringing content, capability, and innovation to support our client delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Placement strategy for Global Corporate, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of Placement professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Risk, Strategic Platforms, and Client Delivery, to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders across the industry, driving business development and growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in Placement, with a strong understanding of the Australian market and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders across the industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
