About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Corporate Placement team. As Head of Placement, Global Corporate, you will play a critical role in shaping our client delivery strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive placement strategy for Global Corporate clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead a high-performing team of placement professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional client service and results.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Risk, Strategic Platforms, and Client Delivery, to ensure seamless execution of client engagement strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders across the industry, leveraging your expertise and network to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends, applying your knowledge to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Aon's products, services, and capabilities, using this expertise to deliver tailored solutions to clients and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the development of Aon's thought leadership and market insights, sharing your expertise and perspectives through internal and external channels.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in placement leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the Global Corporate market and client needs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders across the industry, leveraging your expertise and network to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends, applying your knowledge to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
