Lead a High-Performing Placement Team

As the Head of Placement, Global Corporate, you will lead an impactful and driven Placement team, supporting some of Australia's best-known brands. You will be part of a core group of senior leaders within Commercial Risk in Australia, bringing content, capability, and innovation to support our client delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Placement strategy that drives business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of Placement professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Risk, Global Corporate, and Specialty Solutions, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in Placement, with a strong understanding of the Australian market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders, with a proven ability to build and maintain these relationships.
