Salary:


The estimated salary for this role is around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.



Job Description:


This integral role is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with community organisations, employment service providers, employers, and relevant stakeholders. The successful candidate will identify training opportunities for priority cohorts, including those who are marginalised or have limited access to services.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the organisation is responsive to community needs
  • Actively engage with stakeholders to develop and promote products and services with a community focus
  • Increase enrolments and place-based group training sessions
  • Develop new partnerships through various channels, such as attending forums, calling prospective leads, and holding face-to-face/virtual meetings
  • Maintain and update the internal CRM and activity reports accordingly
  • Assist the wider internal sales team where required


Required Skills and Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sales/business development, relationship/partnership growth, student recruitment, community engagement, or a similar environment. They will also possess highly developed written and verbal communication skills, be tech-savvy, organised, resilient, and collaborative in nature. Previous education/RTO exposure or an understanding of VET compliance/pathways will be highly regarded.
