Job DescriptionThe Strategic Partnerships Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with strategic partners to drive revenue growth and ensure mutual success. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills to manage partner relationships, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with internal teams to maximise the value of these partnerships.
You will identify ways to expand our reach with customers and act as an internal advocate for our partners. Your expertise in analysing market trends and competitor activities will enable you to identify opportunities for partnership expansion.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with our governing company policies
- Accountability of partner business prioritisation, contracting, technology strategy, and ongoing account management of book of business
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion within book of business
- Data analysis to understand partner outcomes and, in conjunction with product, actively seek out ways to optimise performance
- Analyse market trends & competitor activities to identify opportunities for partnership expansion
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess progress and identify areas of improvement
- Discover the challenges and aspirations of partners within your book of business, using our platform and product portfolio to enable their success through ongoing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Provide strategic guidance and insights into how to build a robust commercial partner program
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within Tech SaaS
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions
