The Edge Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Generalist to join our Sydney office.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can deliver all HR activities, including HR operations, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, data management, reporting, and payroll management.

You will partner closely with key stakeholders to drive the HR agenda while meeting business objectives. Additionally, you will work closely with the Corporate HR team to deploy key processes, procedures, and policies in accordance with global standards while observing local laws and legislations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver all HR activities for the Sydney office, including HR operations, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, data management, reporting, and payroll management.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to drive the HR agenda while meeting business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Corporate HR team to deploy key processes, procedures, and policies in accordance with global standards while observing local laws and legislations.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified with around 6 to 8 years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience, experience in financial services will be a bonus.
  • Sound knowledge of local Employment law, Human Resource organisational policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Able to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments and be flexible and agile to changing business needs.
  • A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity.
  • A self-starter who is agile, inquisitive, and keen to learn.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
