Job Description

Cover-More Group, a leading provider of travel insurance and assistance services, is seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our APAC Sales & Distribution team.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead revenue generation efforts through Australian distribution partners. The successful candidate will develop and execute customer-led strategies, manage client profitability, and orchestrate multifunctional relationship frameworks to optimize agency distribution partnerships.

This role aims to drive sustainable growth, maintain a competitive advantage in the market, and enhance Cover-More's position as a trusted partner in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic direction aligned with business and distribution partners
  • Manage partnerships in the banking and insurance/finance space
  • Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for sustainable growth
  • Achieve revenue goals and improve bottom-line results
  • Lead change and innovation processes to drive transformation
  • Communicate and manage stakeholder expectations regarding sales performance
  • Leverage resources to differentiate offerings and maximize performance
  • Utilize feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement
  • Make timely decisions to optimize performance
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in the banking and insurance industries
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth within the banking and insurance sectors
  • Ability to initiate and manage change in a complex business environment
  • Deep understanding of business and industry to align strategic plans effectively
  • Advanced financial literacy for maximizing financial performance
  • Strong grasp of market dynamics, competitor behavior, and emerging trends
