About the Role:

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Experience with implementing change management initiatives and driving cultural transformation.
