We're seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our ANZ and Global People Team, you'll play a critical role in shaping and maintaining Intrepid's positive and engaging culture.
In this full-time, permanent position, you'll work closely with managers to get the best from their teams, focusing on performance cycles, remuneration reviews, succession planning, learning and development, and more. With a genuine people-first attitude, you'll resolve people issues proactively and maintain strong relationships with employees across all levels.
About You
We're looking for someone with 2+ years of operational HR experience within an Australian context. You'll thrive in a changing environment, be flexible, and have high responsiveness to fluctuating workload. Your ability to influence others, build rapport, and adapt your communication style will make you a valuable asset to our team.
You'll bring well-developed organisational skills with attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow with our organisation. If you're passionate about empowering people and creating a positive work culture, we'd love to hear from you.
