About the Role

Responsibilities
  • To manage and develop a high-performing customer service team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
  • To work closely with internal departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • To proactively seek resolutions for customer enquiries and complaints, working closely with network partners to resolve issues efficiently.
  • To develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar customer experience role, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Experience of managing and developing high-performing teams, with a track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes effectively.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and incentives.
