The Opportunity

Findex is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our Ballarat Office. As the first point of contact for the business, you will be interacting with people at all levels across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to clients and staff
  • Manage incoming calls and respond promptly and professionally
  • Process and distribute mail, and perform various administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar receptionist role preferred
