Livestock Territory Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our Albury team on a permanent, full-time basis. As an Elders Rural employee, you will be part of a 185-year-old Australian agribusiness that plays a significant role in the agricultural sector.
Job Summary:
Elders Rural's Territory Sales Managers provide expert livestock sales support and insights to clients. They work both in-branch and travel throughout the countryside to assess and prepare livestock for market, ensuring maximum value for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining professional relationships with existing and new clients to grow a strong portfolio of business
- Identifying and cultivating new livestock sales opportunities to increase revenue growth
- Developing and nurturing relationships with key industry partners, including exporters and processors
- Providing professional onsite livestock advice to clients, recommending products and services to strengthen their business
- Employing negotiation skills to bring buyers and sellers together effectively
- Maximising promotional opportunities by assisting at industry and community events

Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. This figure is based on national averages for similar roles within the agricultural industry.
