Job Description

We are seeking a Client Partnership Development Manager to lead efforts in shaping sales strategies, creating custom solutions and fostering meaningful relationships with major accounts.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on relationship management to tailor solutions for each client's unique needs.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in account management or in a sales position in publishing or agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategise the establishment and maintenance of major account relationships, ensuring personal sales targets are met.
  • Drive revenue generation through Print & Digital channels by identifying market opportunities and developing innovative sales strategies.
  • Foster strong client relationships to maximise revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our client solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and collaboration with clients and key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with sales management to devise sales strategies & solutions for national/major accounts, contributing to the identification of target accounts and opportunities aligned with company strategies.
  • Ensure proposals are aligned with client objectives and showcase the unique benefits of our solutions.
  • Track and analyse sales metrics and KPIs, including revenue targets, conversion rates and pipeline activity.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
