Senior Partnership Development Manager

The Group Partnership Manager (Melbourne) will play a critical role in driving successful campaign management across key clients, in collaboration with the National Partnership Director. This position will lead the Melbourne partnership team to achieve commercial success across the Melbourne Commercial Team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership plans to meet client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Lead and manage the Melbourne partnership team to drive commercial success and achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and developing innovative solutions.
- Ensure accurate budget management and financial reporting to stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in campaign management, commercial, or similar roles within the radio, media, or advertising industries.
- Proven track record of managing partner servicing plans, budgets, and deliverables.
- Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complexity and manage multiple agendas.
- Experience managing direct reports and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage time and multiple projects.
- Significant experience in strategic thinking, creating innovative solutions, and identifying process efficiencies.
- Passion for sport and/or media.
