At Afterpay, we're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team. This role will focus on growing and expanding our key strategic partnerships with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability with our SMB partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, decision-makers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and manage complex business cases, proposals, and presentations to support partnership growth.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing sales, account management, or customer success role.
  • Proven track record of growing and expanding partnerships, driving revenue growth, and improving profitability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Experience working with SMBs, understanding their needs, and developing tailored solutions.
