Senior Partnership Development Manager

The Group Partnership Manager will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of successful campaign management across a portfolio of key clients.
Reporting to the National Partnership Director, this individual will lead the Melbourne partnership team to drive success across the Melbourne Commercial Team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of campaigns for top-tier clients, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality execution.
- Build extensive knowledge of SEN and its media assets to maximize campaign opportunities and minimize errors.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, to solve complex challenges and manage expectations.
- Manage the Melbourne partnership team, providing a client-focused, professional, and solutions-driven approach to drive business growth and efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in campaign management, commercial, or similar roles within radio, media, or a related industry.
- Proven track record in managing partner servicing plans, budgets, and deliverables.
- Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and manage multiple agendas.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing direct reports and driving team success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage time and multiple projects.
- A strategic thinker with a proven ability to create innovative solutions and identify process efficiencies.
- Experience within a media, advertising agency, or similar marketing role, with a passion for sport and/or media.
