About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Curtis Partnership. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the FMCG industry, as well as managing and growing existing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  2. Understand clients' business needs, goals, and challenges, and align our solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, finance, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and successful execution of projects and deliverables.
  5. Develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and new business development, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing key accounts, as well as acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding win-win solutions.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to identify and seize business opportunities.
