The Role

We seek an experienced Luxury Communications Director to lead our communications strategy in the Oceania market. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to build and maintain the Maison's image and recognition among local luxury enthusiasts.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of a tailored communication strategy for the Australian and New Zealand markets.
  • Spearhead the building of the Maison's image locally through product launches, partnership events, commercial events, and VIP trips.
  • Establish strong connections with local media outlets, editors, press, stylists, and opinion leaders.
  • Plan and implement strategic media plans, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Oversee press pitches, PR materials, photo-shooting, and all PR-related projects.
  • Develop and leverage relevant strategic partners to nurture the Maison's awareness and stature locally.
  • Manage, motivate, inspire, and develop Communications team members.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in luxury communications, leadership, and team management. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to be persuasive, engaging, and motivating with others.
